Scope of Service: Logic Republic offers Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services. The services include organic and Pay Per Click PPC search engine optimisation. Logic Republic also offers listing of customer products on affiliate websites. The services offered on this website apply to any company or individual with a website regardless of physical location of the website, the individual or company. Currency Accepted: Logic Republic accepts payments by credit card or bank transfer in British Sterling GBP, United States Dollars USD, and Euros EUR. Customers overseas using different currencies will be responsible for any bank or credit card charges associated with any currency conversion. Service agreement: customers buying services / products offered by Logic Republic will sign an initial service agreement, selecting their products of interest. The mentioned agreement will be signed by both parties and each part will keep a copy of the mentioned agreement. Termination for cause: Either party will have the right to terminate this Agreement if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement and fails to address such breach within 30 days after receipt of written notice of the same, except in the case of failure to pay fees, which must be addressed within five days of the due date. Logic Republic guarantees: to take part in SEO activities with the goal of improving the position of customer websites on search engines. Logic Republic guarantees the promotion of customers web site through our services throughout the duration of agreement. Logic Republic does not guarantee that Customers websites will achieve a favourable position, or any position on search engines. Logic Republic can not warrant, control or guarantee how favourably search engines index or rank customer's website. Liability: In no event shall Logic Republic be liable for any loss of revenue including loss of tachnology or data,
loss of time, lost profits, rights or services or interruption of customer’s business, special, incidental, punitive, indirect
or consequential damages, suffered by the client.
Logic Republic shall not be liable for the aforementioned losses, whether or not client has been advised of the possibility
of such loss, injury and/or damages.
Logic Republic's maximum aggregate liability to customser related to any possible claims shall not exceed
the total amount paid to Logic Republic from the start date of any dispute.
